No. Billpal only accesses invoice and receipt attachments from your inbox. We never read or store the content of your emails, only the attachment files themselves plus minimal metadata (such as message ID and attachment ID) to avoid importing the same document twice.
No. Billpal only uses the access you explicitly connect, such as invoice attachments from your inbox. The assistant is read-only and cannot move money, initiate payments, or edit external accounts.

You are billed per extra processed document at your selected tier's overage rate. There is no monthly rollover of unused allowance. Overage credit (if shown in Billing) only offsets overages and is not sold as packs.
