No. Billpal never stores your bank credentials, and access is handled entirely by certified third-party banking providers. The connection is read-only: we only sync your transaction history. We cannot move money, initiate payments, or edit transactions in your bank account. Unlike other AI agents with open-ended tool access, Billpal has no capability to act on your account in any way. That is a deliberate design choice, not a limitation.

Billpal isn't accounting software, and isn't trying to be. There's no chart of accounts, no P&L, no balance sheet – by design, to keep things simple for entrepreneurs. We're not here to replace your CPA or tax advisor either. Billpal handles the tedious part for both of you: automatically retrieving bills and receipts, extracting the data, and reconciling it with your payments. You export it as a CSV, and your accountant does the rest.

Any invoice beyond the 30 included in your plan is charged at $0.99 each. There is no monthly rollover of unused invoices. If you regularly process more, you can buy discounted credit packs for overages. These credit packs are one-time payments (credits do not expire).
